I had been muttering to myself "feeling shattered, feeling splattered" and finally put the words to a chord progression that fit (am9 - cmaj7 - g - d/f#).

I loved the idea of creating a song with three distinct parts, totally throwing away the traditional "verse-chorus" idea, and happily implented that here.

The idea of me "getting on stage to give my keynote" is me finally addressing the ways I can be a better person and face my fears and anxieties.
